Welcome to the new Optimist Club of Naples Website. We hope you enjoy the change and we look forward to any suggestions you may have to further improve it. The purpose of the Optimist Club is to develop Optimism as a philosophy of life; promote an active interest in good government and civic affairs; inspire respect for the law; promote patriotism and work for international accord and friendship among all people; to aid and encourage the development of youth, in the belief that the giving of one's self in service to others will advance the well-being of man, his community and world.
Here in Naples, Florida, we strive to be one of the best Optimist Clubs in the country. We have DOZENS of activities going on throughout the year to benefit the youth and our active, growing community. We meet the first and third Thursday of the month at 6:30pm at IHOP on Radio Road for our dinner meeting, which runs about an hour and features a guest speaker or round table discussion. We would love to have you join us!
